The Exclusive Events team had a great time event managing a recent Media Launch in Auckland. The event was run by our client, BNZ and involved Sir Richard Branson (Virgin), Rob Fyfe (Air New Zealand) and Andrew Thorburn (BNZ) racing the New Zealand innovation, Sealegs amphibious craft. This was all in the name of promoting the new Virgin Business Challenge.

Exclusive Events was very happy to assist the Auckland Convention Bureau in delivering an action packed fast paced networking function at Hampton Downs race track yesterday.  The day started with a entertaining coach ride out to the venue which included picking up a strange hitchhiker dressed like The Stig from Top Gear.

There are two new faces on the Exclusive Events team in Queenstown. Both Lenore Minty and Emma Beckingsale started with us in the last few months.

A couple of Exclusive Events NZ clients decided to really check out New Zealand in style.  This included taking a helicopter scenic flight to Milford Sound, this included indulging in some fantastic Arcadia bubbles after they landed at a stunning alpine lake nestled amongst the towering peaks of Fiordland National Park.

Winter is going well here in Queenstown, we have been blessed with weeks of fine weather and the School Holidays are in full swing. Town is busy and the Ski Area's are buzzing with activity. New Zealand has been a popular destination for Australian travellers seeking the allusive white fluffy stuff.

Samantha who runs our Auckland office has been as busy as ever with a successful hosted buyer function at Meetings 2010 and another great Burger King annual conference in Taupo at the end of June.

Yes it’s true winter has arrived in the South Island of New Zealand. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski Areas www.nzski.com have received up to 40cm of new snow in the last 24 hrs and it is still snowing.

It has been a huge few weeks for the Exclusive team, we have been lucky enough to have worked with a great collection of clients all of whom have had us managing their conference or incentive programmes. We had 2 groups in Queenstown, one in Invercargill and another in Christchurch all within the space of a week and a half. We are enjoying the change in pace this week as we deal with the task of wrapping up the past events and move back into planning mode for our next busy period.

Look what Sam received for her performance in a leading role as host of an incentive group visiting Wellington and Nelson recently. Wellingtonian's are calling their city Wellywood, and you can see why when you visit the Weta Cave. Our group was treated to a private tour which included getting to see the impressive display of awards that this innovative studio has collected to date.

Queenstown Product Testing with ZipTrek Ecotours. The Exclusive Events Team took time out to explore the new ZipTrek Ecotours activity on Bob's Peak in Queenstown. Wow what a blast, this is a great new activity for Queenstown, Trent and his team have done such a great job to embrace the true pioneering spirit of adventure tourism in Queenstown.
