The Exclusive Events Team has an extensive knowledge of New Zealand and what is required to run innovative conference and incentive programs. Each member of our team brings their own area of expertise as well as a general understanding of how to exceed the expectations of clients. The team prides itself on attention to detail and the ability to co-ordinate and manage events that involve complex logistics and a variety of elements.

LIAM TAYLOR
Through many years experience in the tourism industry and as an adventure guide, Liam has developed a unique understanding of what there is on offer in New Zealand. Liam’s charm & enthusiasm for his work, his clients and his surroundings have made him an unstoppable success. Liam works hard at developing products and services that set Exclusive Events apart from the rest and takes great pride in being a founder of the company.

SAMANTHA STIRLING
Samantha has an extensive range of conference and incentive management under her belt. Her career has extended from high-end incentives in the Hawaiian Islands; large tradeshow & conference management throughout Australia & NZ; and international incentives and special events. From chartered cruises throughout Europe to heavily themed dinners in Borneo are only that start! Sam has joined Exclusive Events as the Operations & Special Events Manager.

MIKE STEWART
As a Director of Exclusive Events NZ, Mike brings a depth of experience to the company. He has worked with the top 10% of Blue Chip companies throughout NZ, Australia and Asia over the past 15 years. He has been involved in every aspect of company training from one on one, personal, small and large group motivation right through to facilitated experiential training programmes.

MEAGAN KELLY
is a hurricane of energy with a dynamic background in events involving everything from being the show pony to behind-the-scenes co-ordination of events, team building activities, and outdoor adventures, as well as more outcomes-based facilitation and public speaking. She is General Manager of our Christchurch office and Liam's sidekick for sales and marketing forays and famils.

CAROLINE POPPLE
With ten years of tourism & event management under her belt, Caroline joins the Queenstown team with her blend of enthusiasm & experience. You may recognize Caroline from her role as the Operations & Event Manager of the Queenstown Winter Festival. Previously she has worked across the globe, most notably in Spain & France, and brings a balance of international flavor & local knowledge with her.

EDWARD LANGSTON
is one of the founders of Exclusive Events New Zealand. He is one of our biggest fans and plays an inspiring role as both mentor and coach. He has a range of business ventures that includes everything from helicopters to caves! He has a unique zest for life which shows in his enthusiasm and overall approach to work & play.
